taking a break...

a friend of ours had a really bad swimming pool accident....he is in the hospital on the vent with a broken neck...please say all the prayers you can for him...he needs a miracle

i wanted to add some better pictures here....so that you can see the recessed window...arent these cute...they are really easy to make...this is old stampin up paper and i still love it...i hate to even use it....just want to keep it

flower soft

so...what do you think about this soft soft stuff? its neat...i bought covered flower wire and (then colored it in soft suede) then put the glue on it...dipped in flower soft and let dry...i would love a bunch of these colors...the watering can is cut with the cricut stretch your imagination and layered about 3 times. i used my scor pal to make the scor lines on the cream card stock...

that stamp is so old...i couldnt tell you who makes it...but its perfect for this card! the label was also cut with the cricut storybook cartridge ( my fav) . i used some twine to tie around the flowers...

altered journal

got this little package of journals on clearance at target for $3.48! came with 2 pens too! i added the little flower stickers...they have been in my stash ( since i was into stickers lol) about 3 years....trying to use up all my old stuff and get rid of it...

altered journal

made this for my aunt....a little journal that only cost $1. isnt it cute...already had a pen. i added a little ribbon and punched the scallop and used my cricut to make the "s". i thought this was something to keep in her purse...since she is busy with 3 little BOYS... :-)

tile coasters

made these for my aunt for her birthday. they are made with marble tiles and stazon on black ink. the stamps are from inkadinkadoo. i also glued cork underneath with gorilla glue...

i made this for the midnight madness sketch challenge! its a little journal made with my minds eye paper. the main part of the journal was made the the cricut storybook cartridge and the mini monogram cart. used the bind it all to put it all together....
